 Feeling Overwhelmed by Stress? You're Not Alone.
We all need four key elements to maintain a healthy balance in life and manage stress: strong relationships, enough sleep, a healthy diet and exercise routine, and effective stress management skills. When one or more of these areas is out of balance, we start to feel the impact, often leading to irritability, anxiety, fatigue, sadness, poor eating habits, or disrupted sleep.
